Thank You for Your Feedback!

We've received your thoughts and truly appreciate you taking the time. Your feedback helps us make Kromo Tools better for everyone. We read every single submission.

Why Your Feedback Matters

Kromo Tools is built for users — not the other way around. Every improvement we've ever shipped started with someone telling us what they needed. Whether it was a small UI fix, a new tool category, or a complete redesign of how results are displayed — real user feedback drove those decisions.

We don't rely on analytics alone to understand how people use our platform. Numbers can tell us what happened, but only your words can tell us why. When you explain what frustrated you, what delighted you, or what you wish existed, you're giving us information that no tracking tool can provide.

✅ Shapes Our Roadmap

Feedback tells us which features and tools to prioritize in upcoming updates. High-demand requests move to the top of the development queue.

🛠️ Identifies Hidden Issues

Users catch problems our team misses. Your real-world experience in diverse environments is invaluable for quality assurance.

💡 Sparks New Ideas

Many of our best tools were born from a single user comment or suggestion. Your ideas have real impact on what we build next.

How We Use Your Suggestions

We don't just read feedback — we act on it. When multiple users mention the same issue or request the same feature, it moves to the top of our priority list. Here's our internal process for handling user feedback:

Every feedback submission is logged and reviewed by at least one team member. Suggestions are tagged by category (tools, design, performance, content, etc.) and grouped with similar feedback so we can identify patterns. If a specific piece of feedback is particularly insightful or leads to a change, we acknowledge it in our changelog.

Criticism is our friend. Positive feedback tells us what to protect. Critical feedback tells us what to fix. We genuinely welcome both, and we never dismiss suggestions without consideration. Even if we can't implement an idea right away, it stays on our radar for future updates.

We understand that taking the time to write feedback is a favor to us. We treat every submission with the respect and attention it deserves. Your voice matters here, and we are genuinely grateful every time someone takes a few minutes to share their experience with us.

What Makes Great Feedback?

While we appreciate all feedback, the most actionable submissions share a few qualities in common. Here's what helps us most:

Be specific. "The PDF compressor doesn't work" is harder to act on than "The PDF compressor gives a file size error when I upload files larger than 10MB on Chrome for Android." The more specific you are, the faster we can fix or improve something.

Give us context. Tell us what you were trying to do, what you expected, and what happened instead. This context is enormously helpful for understanding the real issue behind a complaint.

Tell us what you love too. Knowing what's working well is just as valuable as knowing what's broken. It helps us avoid accidentally removing or changing features that users depend on.

Rate honestly. A 5-star rating with no comments and a 2-star rating with detailed critique are both useful — but in different ways. We'd rather have your honest 3 stars and a paragraph than an empty 5 stars.
